Every year on September 5, Teachers’ Day is celebrated all across the country. The day dedicated to the hard work and importance of a Teacher in our lives and it's celebrated in different parts of the world on different dates.
On 5th September. 2023 , Teachers’ Day is celebrated in our school. On this day, teachers were given a break for their routine job of teaching. In their place, the students of X class dressed smartly as teachers and taught the junior classes for about an hour or so. All the students take them as real teachers for that period. A day earlier, the school, all staffrooms were decorated with colourful ribbons, bunting, flowers, banners, balloons etc.
The students prepared beautiful artistic invitation card for the teachers as their honoured guests and the most important persons. A cultural programme was especially prepared by the students for the teachers. In this programme, songs, dances, and stand-up comedy shows were presented by the students. The main attraction of the programme was the ‘Opinion Board’ done by the students; they wrote about their feelings of inspiration and affection. Every teacher read surprising lines about them which were not known and they were really touched to know about themselves that they are the shining spirits in the lives of students.
The highlight of the occasion was the ‘Selfie Corner’ which magneted all to have one and more. The students also gifted a beautiful bag to all the teachers. The celebration from the one inspired and moved gave a jubilant hype to all the gurus SBMPPS.
